Ram Kumar
Chief Financial Officer
Ram is a capital markets and M&A professional. He was most recently Director of M&A at Valsoft Corp., where he led buy-side acquisitions of vertical-market software companies. Before that he worked in investment banking in Montreal and New York at BMO Capital Markets, Lazard and DNA Capital. He began his career in private equity at Novacap and also sits on the board of Usha Resources. He holds a B.Comm (Honours) in Finance from Concordia.
Rick Mah
CFO
Rick has more than 25 years in corporate finance across technology, finance and hospitality, at both public and private companies. He has supported financings of over $700M and worked on transactions ranging from $1M to $3.4B. He is also CFO of Arctic Fox Lithium and CFO and Corporate Secretary of UraniumX Discovery. He holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University.
Peter Rhodes
Director
Peter is a chartered accountant and mining financier with 20+ years in resource investment, project development and capital markets across Africa, Asia, Australia and North America. He started at Ernst & Young, co-founded Alliance Critical Materials, and is CFO of Universal Digital Inc. (CSE-listed). He has raised over US$400M across mining, energy and other ventures.
Harrison Glancy
Director
Harry works in capital markets, M&A and corporate finance across mining, tech, renewables, life sciences and infrastructure. He was most recently in investment banking at Haywood Securities, advising on capital raises. Before that he did merchant banking and corporate development, including at Lara Exploration. He holds a BA (Honours) in Applied Economics from Queen's.
